I reported this awhile back when sex tapes star Pam Anderson was being sued for not helping sell condos is Las Vegas. The sex tapes star had agreed with a local developer to promote several condominiums in the Panorama Towers. Pam Anderson s method to promote was to do various personal appearances, she failed to make almost all of them and just did not show up. Well the developer Laurence Hallier eventually got so mad he sued her in court, the sex tapes star then counter sued him for $1 million. In exchange for her promotional service the sex tapes star was supposed to get a free condo in the building.

Once she flaked on her appearance the developer refused to give her the condo they agreed on, and sued her for breach of agreement. The best part still of this story is the developer claims he lost millions by her not showing up because they never sold $22.5 million worth of condos. Really guy, really, he actually though by having the big boob sex tapes star Pam Anderson would get him more buyers? I guess so that’s why they went under contract, what I wonder is what was Pam Anderson so busy doing that she did not make the appearances? It’s not like the sex tapes star is in high demand, maybe it’s a blonde moment, but the big boob babe was basically getting a free condo to smile and show up in Las Vegas. Today both parties struck a settlement in court in both their law suits, the terms are to be confidential. I would say the judge laughed at both of them and told them to get out of the court
