OK, this lawsuit is just ridiculous and a classic example of stupidity in my opinion. As we all know sex tapes star Kim Kardashian and her sister Khloe have endorsed QuickTrim since around 2009. Today I read this in the news, Law firm Bursor & Fisher tells The New York Post it is preparing to file on behalf of a client because QuickTrim reportedly contains a high level of caffeine, an ingredient which is not an effective means for shedding unwanted pounds.”So I read this and go OK, some disgruntled purchaser did not lose the weight they thought and they are suing QuickTrim.

Nope, not only are they suing QuickTrim they are also suing the Kardashian sisters as part of a class action lawsuit because they endorsed the Non FDA approved weight loss supplement. That is just ridiculous and I would imagine any lawful judge will dismiss the case very quickly. It seems very obvious this is another classic example of a law firm trying to get PR by go after the sex tapes star Kim Kardashian. You can guarantee it gets news coverage, and publicity is publicity no matter what. Celebrity’s endorse products all day long, that is there job, you cannot sue the celebrity if you are not happy with the product. This whole law suit is just a waste of time since a company like QuickTrim that has been in business for a long time has their disclaimers in line, if you are not going to take the time to read them you cannot come back later and try sue them. You also cannot sue the celebrity, they are a paid endorser and are not liable because you bought a product based on a commercial they endorsed.
