so lately I have been a little obsessed with celebrity justice, it seems if you are celebrity and do a crime it just disappears. Last week Gary Dourdan got celebrity justice when his possession of OxyContin and drug paraphernalia arrest charges were traded for a disturbing the peace plea. Well today Bruno Mars got off his cocaine possession case from 2010. In September of that year celebrity Bruno Mars was arrested on Las Vegas after a bathroom attendant called security. Security was called because a man was doing cocaine in a rest room stall, well that man was Bruno Mars. The Grammy award winning singer even pled guilty to it, but instead of being convicted the judge gave him 200 hours of community service and some drug education classes.

Well now fast forward to today, and Bruno Mars presented over 230 hours of community service, so tomorrow when the celebrity shows up in court the judge will officially dismiss the case and just like that it will like it never happened. Celebrity Justice at its finest here, the only lesson he probably learned was not to do drugs in the bathroom stall. Sex Tapes star Paris Hilton also got caught in Vegas and the worst thing that happened to her was she was banned from Wynn resorts for a year. Lindsay Lohan continues to be a great moral citizen and avoid jail time for shop lifting, and the list goes on. Celebrity attorneys must make a small fortune with these cases, because they keep their clients out of jail almost every time.

Once again celebrity justice has happened in Los Angeles, the latest recipient of pass go collect $200 and do not go to jail is actor Gary Dourdan. Back in 2010 the CSI star smashed into 2 parked cars at 3.30 am in the morning and was arrested for possession of OxyContin, he was charged with drug possession and a separate charge of drug paraphernalia possession. Today he got to court to find out his fate, and was fined $100. YUP, that’s $100, no more zeroes and that is it. Dourdan pled no contest to 1 count of disturbing the peace, which is an infraction. In return his charge for OxyContin possession was dismissed, and his charge for drug paraphernalia possession.

I guarantee right now you can walk into an Narcotics Anonymous class anywhere in the country and find 1000′s of people of were caught doing the same thing. The big difference is they got time in jail, or probation, or a huge fine, or their license taken away, or community service, or a combination of all of these. Yet a celebrity gets a $100 fine and pleads guilty to disturbing the peace. Last week celebrity rapper Snoop Dogg was caught with weed, he got a small fine and was released, in Texas of all places too. If you are going to commit crimes, make sure you have celebrity status, your chance of being punished fairly is slim to none

Celebrity rapper Snoop Dogg was arrested this past weekend for weed possession. Turn outs the celebrity rapper was driving through a border in Texas at a checkpoint in Sierra Blanca. This checkpoint is the same one that Willie Nelson was arrested for back in 2010 for possession. Snoop was on his tour bus when the border agents came aboard with a drug sniffing dog, these guys must love the tour buses. Once the dog was on board it alerted the border agent to a waste basket in the back of the bus.

The agents claim they found a red prescription bottle, with several joints inside totally about half an ounce of marijuana. Snoop took the blame and said the marijuana belonged to him, and he has a prescription for it in California. Anyway, Snoop was issued a citation for misdemeanor drug possession and released. The best part about this whole story is the Justice of Peace in Hudspeth County Texas told TMZ today that Snoop can resolve the whole issue by paying a fine of $537. LOL, you just got to love that, get caught with half an ounce of weed and pay a $537 fine and you are good to go. This kind of celebrity justice goes right along with Floyd Mayweather getting his sentence postponed till June 1 so he can fight in May. And let’s not forget sex tapes star Paris Hilton too who stayed in jail for a few hours when she was caught with cocaine in Vegas.

Well who can forget the saga last year when sex tapes star Paris Hilton was arrested pulling into one of Steve Wynn’s hotels. Paris Hilton got arrested for cocaine possession and served a ton of community service. After the incident Wynn properties banned her from all their properties since she brought an element they did not welcome. Talk about two girls that thrive on attention and you have to think Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton. Even better now is that celebrity attention seeker Lindsay Lohan is now being seen hanging out with Paris and Nicki Hilton. These two were not friends for the last year but know they are back together and the press is loving it.

Well lucky Lindsay Lohan will not be going back to jail for violating her probation. This girl needs to start buying lotto tickets for 2 reason, reason 1 she is the luckiest person in the world who can do whatever she wants and no repercussions. And 2 because she has not worked in years and has a full security detail, a 1.4 million dollar home and endless cash to spend on whatever she wants. The poor Kardashian girls are working their asses off to provide and income for their mom and LILO just chills at home under house arrest living the dream. Lindsay Lohans parents have to be pissed, I wonder if they had to get jobs now that she cannot support the family. I love that celebritys are above the law, remember Paris Hiltons jail sentence?

So last night I was watching CNN and Paris Hilton and her mom were being interviewed. The subject of the Paris Hilton Celebrity Sex Tape came up and this was her response “This is not what I planned. I didn’t want to be known as that. And now when people look at me they think that I’m something I’m not just because of one incident one night with someone who I was in love with. People assume ‘Oh, she’s a slut’ because of one thing that happened to me and it’s hard because I’ll have to live with that for the rest of my life and explain it to my children.”

I spat my drink out when I heard this, is that a joke, was she reading from the teleprompter a prepared speech? In the real world everyone thinks she is a slut, and that was before the celebrity sex tape One Night in Paris. If that sex tape would never of come out, she would be another rich hollywood kid like Tori Spelling or Nicole Richie. The sex tape just cemented what we already knew, she is DTF, and love the money and attention too. I am sorry if it sounds a little harsh but the truth is a sex tape cannot be released legally without both parties signing consent to it. So, if someone does not want it released they just don’t sign it, it will still be leaked probably but its a chance you take. Now if you want to make money, you sign it, get some nice up front cash and back end profits which is exactly what she did.
